Registration costs for this year are:

 

Early Bird Rate (Before March 17, 2017)
Both days: $139
One day: $114

 

After March 17, 2017
Both days: $159
One day: $139

 

If registering a group of 10 or more on the same PO, check or credit card you receive a discount of $10 off each two day conference registration or $5 off each one day registration. A student conference pass ($39) is available for full-time higher education students.

Pre-conference Workshops

Pre-conference Workshops will again be offered this year on Wednesday, April 19, 2017. You will be able to register for a pre-conference workshop using the registration link above. The Workshops offered this year include:

Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Student Attendance

Full-time college students must submit proof of full-time enrollment at check-in to be eligible for a student rate. High school students must meet the following guidelines in order to attend: students must be directly involved in a presentation. These students must be supervised at all times by an adult and are guests of the conference. Student presenter names must be confirmed to Julie Moore ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) by April 1, 2017 so that student name badges may be printed.

 

Refund Policy

Conference registration refunds will be made only if notification is made to the registration office listed below by April 1, 2017. A $15 handling fee will be subtracted from the refund.

 

Confirmation

When your registration is received and processed, you will be sent an email confirmation to the email address provided on the registration. After April 5th a final confirmation will be sent via email with final conference information, reminders and details.
