Exhibit hours at the conference
• Thursday, April 26, 2012—8:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Friday, April 27, 2012 from 8:00 AM–2:30 PM
(Early tear-down on Friday is discouraged, as there are numerous Friday-only participants who deserve ample time in the exhibit hall.)
Set up times
• Set up can occur on Wednesday, April 25, 2012, starting in the afternoon and proceeding all evening. (Detailed information will follow in a separate mailing.)
• Set up on Thursday morning starts at 7:00 AM.
Overnight security will be provided in the conference center for both Wednesday and Thursday nights.
Shipment of display materials
Any shipment of display materials must be sent to:

Please label the outside of each package with 1) your company name, 2) booth number, and 3) conference name (NETA). The charge for every 100 lbs. is $27.50. Minimum charge is $35. Any packages sent directly to the Embassy Suites will be refused. Please be prepared to pay for freight services at the show, by credit card.
