Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do all registrations mailed after March 23 need to have a $5.00 late fee added?

ANSWER: YES

2. What if I have not registered by April 6?

ANSWER: If the registration has not been mailed or done online by April 6, please plan to register onsite. We try to make it quick and easy for you to do so.

3. How can I get a receipt so that I can be reimbursed?

ANSWER: You will get a receipt along with your badge at the conference.

4. What if I didn't get into the workshop I paid for because it was already full?

ANSWER: You are placed on a waiting list. If you do not attend the workshop, a refund will be issued after the conference.

Early Registration Fees

Each option below has an additional $5 late fee after March 23.

• Early registration discount ends March 23, 2007. There is a $5.00 per person late fee after that date (postmarked).
• If you are mailing registrations, do not mail anything after April 6. Late fee must be included from March 24–April 6. (Registrations must be postmarked by this date.)
• Pre-registration deadline closes April 10. If you have not registered by that time, plan to register onsite.

Registration Discounts

Conference registration discounts are available to larger groups. Register with the PDF form (downloadable above) or online at the link above. Groups of ten or more participants qualify for a $10.00 discount off each full conference registration or a $5.00 discount off each one-day registration.

All qualifying registrations must be on the same check, charge card or purchase order and mailed together or entered under the same group name online.

Student Attendance

Full-time college students must submit proof of full-time enrollment at check-in to be eligible for a student pass. High school students must meet the following guidelines in order to attend: students must be directly involved in a presentation or be a student contest winner. These students must be supervised at all times by an adult and are guests of the conference. Student presenter names must be confirmed to Sandy Blankenship (neta@lps.org) by April 6 so that student name badges may be printed.

Refund Policy

Conference registration refunds will be made only if notification is made to the registration office listed below by April 6, 2007. A $20.00 handling fee will be subtracted from the refund.

Payment

Checks: Make checks payable to NETA and mail with the completed registration form (downloadable as a PDF).

Credit Cards: Master Card or Visa are accepted online or by mail and fax with the completed registration form.

Purchase Orders: School district purchase orders are accepted online or by mail and fax with the completed registration form.

Confirmation

When your registration is received and processed, you will be sent an email confirmation to the email provided on the registration. After April 10 a final confirmation will be sent via email with final conference information, reminders and details. Please enter a valid email address on each registration.
